Our Code of Ethics and compliance policies live and evolve with the development of our business in the competitive world. We continuously evaluate all current laws and regulations relating to these areas and amend our policies accordingly, in line with the latest best practices. We also take the opinions of our stakeholders into account on these matters and consider their requests relating to legality and propriety. We also seek to support our ethical conduct with various initiatives, including the Prysmian Helpline program.
Supplier relationships represent a particularly critical channel. Through dedicated surveys and questionnaires, we maintain a direct line with our suppliers to verify compliance with our internal Code of Conduct and to monitor the integrity of our supply chain — including the traceability of raw materials through conflict minerals surveys designed to identify key actors such as smelters and refiners, ensuring full transparency and alignment with responsible sourcing expectations. This continuous engagement not only supports compliance with national, international and internal regulatory requirements, but also drives business innovation — including the investigation of alternative sourcing solutions beyond conflict minerals areas, in order to reduce exposure to high-risk regions and further strengthen our supply chain resilience.
Updates to any of our policies are broadcast across the Company and made readily available to all employees and associated companies.
