This model ensures that expected behaviors:

Each value is translated into a set of behaviors and practical examples, tailored to different levels of responsibility:

  • Individual contributors demonstrate accountability, proactive collaboration, responsible experimentation, and inclusive behavior. Examples include flagging risks early, sharing knowledge, piloting ideas, and inviting diverse input.
  • Managers focus on enabling teams by clarifying priorities, fostering trust, encouraging innovation, clarifying uncertainties (as illustrated by realigning workloads), managing conflicts constructively, supporting new ideas and responding to mistakes with coaching. Managers shape the challenge, rather than simply solving the challenge at hand.
