On 24th February, Prysmian had the pleasure of meeting the students of ITIS Volta in Alessandria, taking another meaningful step in strengthening our dialogue with the next generation of technical talent.
Through the participation of colleagues from Prysmian, the company presented its business, the Quattordio R&D laboratory and the career opportunities available to students.
During the session, Prysmian presented the company and offered an in-depth look at the R&D Laboratory in Quattordio (Alessandria, Italy), a strategic hub that reflects Prysmian’s strong commitment to innovation and technological excellence. We also illustrated the career opportunities available within our organization, highlighting different professional paths: Operational roles, with a focus on the installation jointer and the R&D testing jointer profiles and R&D engineering roles, sharing insights into electrical and mechanical qualification testing activities
The engagement and interest shown by the students—and the positive feedback from the school—confirmed the value of this initiative. For Prysmian, this visit represents more than a single event: it marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration and a broader employer branding journey with schools and universities in the area surrounding Quattordio.
As Prysmian continues to invest in the expansion of its R&D laboratory, strengthening our local presence and attractiveness remains a key priority—starting with inspiring the talents who will shape the Company’s future.
