Prysmian aspires to create an increasingly inclusive work environment in which people are given the opportunity to develop their skills. In this regard, certain KPIs related to human resources have been integrated into the three-year Impact Scorecard 2023-2025, with a 2022 baseline. All key stakeholders are actively involved in the setting, monitoring and achievement of targets, especially the workforce and workers’ representatives.
The main indicators monitored by the Group include:
- Percentage of female desk workers hired: the goal is to boost the percentage of women hired as permanent desk workers. Based on a baseline of 44.9% in 2022, the target for 2025 is between 46% and 48%; the figure for 2025 is 48.4%.
- Percentage of women executives: this indicator measures the number of women executives as a share of the total number of executives employed. Starting from a baseline of 15.7% in 2022, the target for 2025 is between 20% and 23%; the figure for 2025 is 22.6%.
- Percentage of employees who are long-term shareholders via equity plans: this KPI measures the number of employees holding Prysmian shares via the GROW, YES and BE IN plans. Starting from a baseline of 37% in 2022, the initial target for 2025 was between 44% and 45%, which was already exceeded in 2024. The figure for 2025 is 50%; during the Capital Markets Day, held on March 26, 2025, Prysmian announced a new target for employee shareholders of >50% by 2028.
